WHAT
The 5th Annual West Coast World Series is an Invitational Tournament that will bring together 6 top Summer Collegiate Baseball Teams from the West Coast to determine who is the Best of the West.
WHERE
The Lincoln Potters host the event at Historic McBean Stadium in Lincoln, CA. The facility is located just minutes outside of Sacramento, CA. This provides an optimal experience to see what Sacramento and the surrounding area has to offer.

FORMAT
A 6-team, 3-Game Guarantee tournament. Two Pools of 3 to establish seeding for Single-Game. Elimination Bracket on Monday Aug. 5th.

ENTRY FEE
- $1000
SCHEDULE
- Pool Play will start on Saturday, August 3rd.
- Three total Games on Saturday and Sunday.
- Four total Games on Monday for bracket play.
- Championship will be held on Tuesday night at 6:30pm.
- Pool A and B: TBD
- Saturday, Aug. 2nd: G1 10:30am; G2 2:30pm; G3 6:30pm
- Sunday, Aug. 3rd: G4 10:30am; G5 2:30pm; G6 6:30pm
- Monday, Aug. 4th: G7 8:30am 3 seed vs. 6 seed; G8 12:00pm 4 seed vs. 5 seed; G9 3:30pm 2 seed vs. Winner G7; G10 7:00pm 1 seed vs. Winner G8
- Tuesday, Aug 5th: Championship; Winner G9 vs. Winner G10
GAME INFO
- Games will begin approx. 30 minutes (or sooner) following the conclusion of the prior game.
- Championship Game will allow for each team to have 45 minutes of Batting Practice on the field.
- No dugout designation except Potters will always be in 1st base dugout
- Cages available for BP: YES
- Field available during the day: NO
- Home Plate Meeting: 10 minutes prior to game start time
- National Anthem: 5 minutes prior to game start time
RULES
1. Winner will receive a $3,000 cash payout
2. NCAA rules
3. All Games except Championship will be 7-innings (9-innings for Championship)
4. 30-man Rosters and entry fees must be submitted no later than Friday, August 2
5. Injured players on the roster may be replaced. All injured players who are replaced may not be re-added
6. Extra-Inning Games will start with a runner on second base no outs.
7. All Games except Championship will end after 10 innings (Tiebreaker will be least hits allowed in game)
8. Run Rule: 10 Runs after 5 innings, 7 runs after 6 innings.
9. Wood and Composite bats will be permitted
10. Home team will be decided by coin flip before each game – Double header will be decided ASAP.
11. Pool Play will decide seeding for tournament bracket
– Run differential will serve as tiebreaker
– Then least hits given up
– Coin Flip if still tied
12. Championship game – 1 Seed will be home team
13. Home team will receive cages 1.5 Hours before game – Visitors will receive cages 1 hour before game

- Head-to-head
- Run differential
- Runs allowed per inning played defensively
- Runs scored
